Checklist: Packing For The Beach
There’s a pair of large sunglasses with mirror lenses that has been sitting on my dresser for ages now. No, they’re not from the ‘80s, as you might think, but from a trip to Palawan. I was already on the plane when I realized that I forgot my trusty pair of shades at home. I knew I wouldn’t enjoy strolling on the beach with the sun glaring at me mercilessly, so I grit my teeth and handed the smiling flight attendant some of my hard-earned money for the only available kind of sunglasses they had.', 'After that experience, I swore I wouldn’t let myself forget something so essential for a beach outing, so I listed down every item in my bag as I unpacked.
