Charter-Change 2
(this is the second installment of my article regarding charter change more commonly known as cha-cha)
in my previous installment i promised you that i would discuss some possible reasons why some of our legislators push a change in our charter.
Some of our legislators say that the reason why they are pushing a change in our government is to amend some of the articles in our constitution.
The articles that they are saying that they say that needs to be change are the ones regarding economy. I say that they are just bluffing if one would think properly he would come up to the conclusion that they would only change articles in our constitution that they would be able to gain benefits. They would just extend their tenure in office for their own gain. Another reason that some of our legislators use is that if we would have a change in our government from the presidential form of government into the federal parliamentary form is that it would be easier to change the head of the state whenever the current head becomes incompetent in his office. I agree to that because in a parliament if the head minister becomes incompetent he could be replace without much trouble all it takes is a majority of votes among the statesmen.
These are just some of the reasons why some legislators push cha-cha.
(watch out for my the third installment of this article)
